We are now making available ground floor opportunities to be part of our rapidly expanding publishing network.  

We have gone from 20,000 circulation to over 250,000 circulation.  Our EasyChair Magazine is being well-received by readers and advertisers alike.

We would like to continue our rapid expansion while maintaining the high standards of our state-of-the-art publication.  We believe that affiliation with other talented and achievement-oriented persons and companies will help us expand in an optimal manner.

In most cases, the franchise model will be the most appropriate form of relationship between EasyChair Media and a local producer of EasyChair Magazine.  This is because we would charge a reasonable fee for the local producer to get on board with us, provide the level of publishing and production assistance needed by the local producer, train the local producer as necessary, and either charge a continuing royalty or perform the design, printing and fulfillment functions for the local producer at a reasonable cost to the local producer.  These factors make the relationship a franchise relationship under U.S. law and we would therefore comply with the federal and if applicable state legal requirements pertaining to franchising.

We can tailor our services to any level of local producer expertise and experience.  So, even if you have no publishing or advertising sales experience, we can tailor a service program for you.  However, in most cases you would be responsible for selling the ads for your local EasyChair Magazine, so either you or sales persons you utilize should be talented in selling advertising.  If you want, our staff can create and design ads for advertisers that don't have camera-ready copy -- you do not need any design talents.

As far as magazine design and editorial content are concerned, we can do it all for you or you can perform the level of those services that you want.

We envision three basic types of persons or companies as local producers of EasyChair Magazine.  The first is someone already in publishing or with substantial publishing experience.  The second is someone already in ad sales or with substantial ad sales experience.  The third is a capable business person with no experience in either publishing or ad sales.  Of course there will also be persons or companies that have all or some combination of the requisite talents.  Whichever of these categories you fit into, we can design a program for you.
